2. Purchases and Orders

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Once you complete an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check that your order confirmation is correct. If anything is incorrect, contact us immediately at support.ohlalaunderwear@gmail.com.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency available for your country or region. Depending on where you are accessing the website from, prices may be shown in currencies such as SEK, EUR, USD, GBP, or other local currencies.

All prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, taxes, exchange rates, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We work with secure payment providers, such as Klarna, Shopify Payments, and Stripe. When making a payment, the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider may also apply.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Normal delivery time is 5–8 business days.

If a delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge.

For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

5. Liability and Incorrect Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website, including errors in product descriptions, prices, or stock availability.

We cannot guarantee that product images exactly reflect the actual appearance of the products, for example due to differences in screen settings or color display.

We reserve the right to correct errors after they have been discovered and to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect price information has been displayed.
