Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ohlala Underwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

2. How to Make a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

Approved return: The refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rejected return: If the item has been used, smells of perfume or detergent, or is missing its packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

4. Return Shipping

Returns are free of charge. The customer does not pay for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective or if we have sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support.ohlalaunderwear@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

5. Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, the following exceptions apply:

Underwear: Returns or exchanges of underwear are only accepted if the seal on the packaging is unbroken. Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

Sale items: Items purchased during a sale may have limited return rights, where applicable.

Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
