Shipping Policy – Ohlala Underwear
At Ohlala Underwear, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Here you will find everything you need to know about how we handle your orders and deliveries.
1. Processing Time
All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days, except for deliveries to the rest of the world.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
Sweden: 5–8 business days.
Europe: 5–8 business days.
USA & Canada: 5–8 business days.
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as Black Friday or Christmas, or due to unforeseen events with shipping carriers, delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs 99 SEK for orders up to 499 SEK.
For orders over 499 SEK, we offer free shipping.
International shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order value, and available shipping options at checkout.
4. Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so that you can follow your package until it reaches your door or local pickup point.
5. Customs, Taxes and Fees
For orders outside the EU, such as the USA, United Kingdom, Norway, or other non-EU countries, local customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees may apply.
These fees are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are paid by the customer.
Ohlala Underwear has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
6. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it has not been collected from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package or its contents are damaged when you receive it, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately.
Please keep all packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
